Unique Abalone and Preserved Sausage Rice in Claypot

-Rice 600g

-Preserved Sausage 1 Pair

-Duck Liver Sausage 1 Pair

-Dried Shrimp (Soaked) 75g

-Dried Octopus 1/4 Piece

-On Kee Braised Abalone 1 Can

-Preserved Meat 112.5g

-Dried Mushroom (Soaked) 2 Pieces

-Chopped green onion

  1. Soak the octopus and dried shrimp till soft; dice them.
  2. Put rice into the clay pot while the water is still cool. Bring to the gentle simmer over high heat, dice the mushroom, preserved sausage and preserved meat.
  3. Add octopus, dried shrimp, mushroom, preserved sausage and preserved meat into the clay pot, stir well.
  4. 4. When it is 80-90% cooked, put in abalone and leave it on the rice.
  5. Topped with cooked oil and soy sauce, sprinkled with chopped green onion. Done.
